As I wandered through this tranquil place, the soft grey sky overhead promised rain, and the air carried the earthy scent of wet leaves and fresh soil. A few motorbikes pass by, but the silence of the scene dominates, occasionally broken by the distant sound of birds or the hum of an engine. As I moved further down the road, I passed a set of modern red-and-white buildings perhaps a university or government office designed with straight lines and spacious courtyards. A little farther on, another building complex comes into view, this one with a more lived-in feel. A residential block, maybe its windows open, clothes hanging out to dry, signs of daily life peeking through. The grass in the adjacent field is rich and green, and vines crawl up the outer fence. Nature is never far here even the walls seem to embrace it.

The cloudy sky above adds a poetic tone to it all. The lighting is soft, the colors richer greens deeper, reds more muted. It’s the kind of day that makes you reflect quietly as you walk or ride through the scene.
