Today I am going to share a fish recipe. This fish is very delicious and popular in Bangladesh. It can be cooked in many different ways and each one of the cooking style will produce a great taste. Here is my presentation hope you like it.

Work procedure

First, I put a pan in the oven, heated it and put oil inside it. When the oil is hot, I add the chopped potatoes. I fried the potatoes in brown and put them in a bowl. Then I put onion and chillies in the oil. I fried the onion in brown and added onion pest, ginger pest, garlic pest, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder. |
I have spent some time stirring everything. When the spices are added, I add the chopped tomatoes inside. I softened it with tomatoes for some more time. Then when it was a little more cooked, I put the fish inside it. I mixed the fish with the spices and added some hot water and spent some more time. Then when the fish is cooked, I put the fried potatoes inside it. |
I mixed the potatoes with some spices and put hot water in it to cook the fish. Then I covered it with a lid. The water became a little less and I put cumin powder inside it. |

After cooking for some more time, the cooking was done. I turned off the stove. |

Then I picked up the food in a bowl and now I have brought it for hot serving. |
