Homemade Biryani
Yesterday, my wife decided to treat us with her signature biryani nd what a delicious decision it was! I rushed to the market to grab 1 kg of fresh chicken and all the essential spices, eager to help however I could.
The magic began as she fried the chicken to juicy perfection, infusing it with creamy richness. Meanwhile, we parboiled the rice (90% cooked!), then layered it with the fragrant chicken two generous tiers of flavor. A squeeze of fresh lemon added that extra zing, and after 20 minutes of dum cooking, our kitchen smelled like heaven.
The real joy? Sharing it with family! We invited my elder brother and his family over, turning lunch into a lively, love-filled gathering. Between the tender chicken, aromatic rice, and endless laughs, it was a meal to remember.

It's very tasty and one of my favorite dishes, although I can cook biryani very well myself. The scenes look quite enticing.
