Inside the Mosque

This mosque consists of two floors where the lower part is most often used for places of worship, while the upper part is only for certain times such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers. This mosque is still in the refinement stage and has not yet been completed. The pillars of this mosque are very large so it looks strong and luxurious when we look at it.

Pulpit Lecture

The pulpit in this mosque is made of wood and brown in color. The shape of the pulpit extends upwards almost to the ceiling of the mosque. There are approximately 10 steps to climb to reach the pulpit. This pulpit is used to give announcements, tausiah and Friday or Eid lectures.

^{Charity Savings}

The mosque also provides safe deposit boxes in all areas of the mosque. There is a large one outside the mosque placed at each entrance of the mosque. While small charity savings are circulated at the end of the fard prayers.

^Fan

There is a fan on every pillar of the mosque. The Raudhatul Jannah mosque does not have air conditioning, only fans. But without air conditioning, this mosque is still cool because the roof height of this mosque is very high. A lot of air enters and leaves the mosque.

Shalat Zuhur

I prayed zuhur at this mosque on my way back from lhoksukon to lhokseumawe. My agenda was to meet the supervisor to get the PGK scores signed by the teachers. I have rarely passed this mosque because I rarely pass that way. It feels very comfortable to pray in this mosque and the worshipers always greet each other.

Recitation Hall

The mosque is also equipped with a large recitation hall. It can accommodate children to recite the Quran. This prayer hall has just been repaired. If you want to enjoy a different atmosphere, you can pray in this hall too.

The most special part is that the parking lot or courtyard of the mosque is very wide. Hundreds of cars can be accommodated in the Raudhatul Jannah mosque yard. The security of parking a vehicle in the mosque is also good, no vehicle has ever been lost.

Female Ablution Place

There are two ablution stations, one for women and one for men. The women's ablution room was recently renovated and now looks very comfortable inside and out. The wife was very surprised when she saw the change of this place.

In addition to the women having newly renovated seats, the men's ablution area is the same. I was amazed at the grandeur and beauty of this ablution place. The inner courtyard of the ablution area is spacious, the floor is clean and the water is strong and fragrant.

Trash Can

The Raudhatul Jannah mosque also provides trash bins or barrels for trash from visitors who stop by the mosque. Trash cans are placed at several entrances to the mosque and Alhamdulillah the mosque yard is clean and visitors are aware of cleanliness.

The mosque also has a bathroom that can be used for defecation and urination. The bathrooms are in good shape, clean and fragrant. As for defecation, four spaces are provided in the male and female ablution areas.
