THE DIARY GAME:Down memory lane(10-07-2025)

Hello dear community members.Hope your day was good and fruitful like mind.Today is my daughter's birthday and I am soo happy and greatful.Today as I watched my little princess turn 4 years old I couldn't help but be so grateful and happy.At times I can't believe I am a mother of two must amazing kids in the world.As I celebrated this day I couldn't help but go down memory lane and be greatfule for all my blessings.My daughter just as her name indicates is a Pearl.Yep... that's her name.She is called Pearl( a precious jewel)She is always the life or joy of the party.We began the birthday by having a photoshoot and later on a small birthday party.

The photoshoot was really exciting and interesting .My mini me kept on changing different styles and didn't want to stop.It was such fun.We however had to stop and start preparing for a little party with her friends.While I was trying to set up things she kept on following my every moves,asking what I was doing,why I was doing this and that and even hurrying me up.Finally, her friends arrived and the party began.it was such fun watching her and seeing how happy she was.She was so contented and even told me how she was so proud of me... I felt like crying 😭 😂.The joy of motherhood.While watching my daughter today I realized what a great job I had done raising two of them.I looked at the big girl she was growing to become and wondered how she grew up so fast.I couldn't help thinking of when she was a baby.

The birthday went on very well .The birthday song was sang.we did some little competitions and the birthday cake was cut.later on the birthday girl gave out souvenirs to her friends.The highlight of the day was when her daddy surprised her while the occasion was going on.She was all smiles and so very happy.I was glad we could make her this happy.

Today was not all about the celebration but how happy my daughter was.I couldn't help it but be also happy with myself.I realized that there are the little things we do that matters.Motherhood comes with a lot of struggles every blessed day .However, our payments or contentment or thank you comes in the little hugs we get ,when your child looks at you with soo much love and excitement,or when they put their little hands in yours with all the confidence knowing with you they can conquer the world.Today I asked myself what or how my life would have been without them and realized it would have been boring.So I say cheers to whatever makes us happy in this life and cheers to my amazing family.
