From Melbourne to Ballarat: A Chilly Journey for Basketball Glory 🏀

Over the weekend, we planned on a journey from Melbourne to Ballarat for a basketball tournament. Despite the frozen, chilling coldish weather and continuing rain, we made our approximately 1 hour and 10-minute drive .

The tournament was at two special venues: Selkirk Stadium and the Arch Sports Centre at Ballarat High School . Selkirk Stadium, located at 989 Norman Street, Wendouree VIC 3355 , 3,000-seat show court and multiple indoor courts .

The Arch Sports Centre, situated within Ballarat High School at 1726 Sturt Street, Lake Gardens VIC 3355 , has an indoor stadium with timber flooring, a single court plus a double court area marked for basketball, netball, and volleyball .

Despite the wet and wild weather, the tournament was amazing . All players braved themselves with energy and determination, showed their love for the game and ambitions.
