"Petals of Firelight!" by Bambuka

Hello everybody!

I saw a flower contest by @marcoteixeira and decided to take part in it.
These are probably the first flowers I've seen in the park this year.
This is the same photo taken with a homemade monocle.

Actually, the monocle is meant for other pictures, but I couldn't get past these "bright spotlights".
The original photo without processing is at the bottom of the list.

I'm still trying to understand the features of this monocle.
For the colors, there should be a different background on which there will be details closer to the object.
For example, twigs, other flowers, lattice patterns.
These experiments are still ahead.
