Happy Birthday America!
Today was a nice day spent with my parents. Glad I was able to see the parade with them.

Started a list of triggers, writing them down helped me feel better about them.

If he doesn't want you involved in the wedding, is he really your brother? 😯😓😒😟🙁

I mean, am I sad he doesn't want me there? Yeah. Am I mad? Nah, had it coming.

I guess my unwanted surveillance persists beyond the holidays. Not getting fearfully triggered, but anger is a component.

It's hard to know who or what to trust when you can sense dishonesty and deception.
