Carrots and poppies and poppies oh my!! The only good carrots in my opinion are ...

... those fresh out of the garden. Once they have been out... For even an hour, they have starched up. Much less sweet.

But fresh out? Nothing is finer. Our dog, the carrot Lover, will even start to whine for some after you've bitten into a fresh carrot.

Doesn't happen with store bought.
