MyTrailCam: First Video From Cornfield Cam - Tons of Action 🦌

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well in whatever part of the world you currently reside.

This week, I ordered two solar panels for my two trailcams. Well, technically, I put them on backorder. I've found that there is a complete break in the supply chain. Meaning it's been near-impossible to find the solar panel. The batteries cost a small fortune, considering that only Lithium batteries will power the camera at night. At $14.99-$19.99 (depending on sales) per eight-pack of batteries, you might feel my pain here, as the YouTube channel is not yet monetized.

At any rate, I was able to get a 30-minute video up of camera two.

The nighttime footage was compromised by hanging foliage that made the backset of the video unviable. Still, there is plenty of action in that video. Below are a couple of shorts from the channel. Content should pick up as the temperature starts to drop. I'm trying to pace what I'm releasing right now, but there will be 3 to 8-hour-long ambience uploads in the future.

The plan is to expand the site over time and eventually have a feeding area located behind the main area, where my first camera is set up. The amount of action should steadily rise over time. I'm also planning to use doe urine and other attractants in the area to lure the male bucks in, so we can get a better view. Stay tuned...
