Introduction

Leadership is a very crucial component that spices up and moderates the human society. Leadership conveys alliances, peace, uniformity and positive growth to a given society .It fosters innovations, greatness and inspires individual in the community to attain their set goals.

Leadership means transformation in the aspect of motivating, inspiring and influencing communities and individuals to achieve their visions.
Effective and selfless leadership is backed up by the gathering of traits, knowledge, natural skills, honestly, ability to build trust, fosters unity and peace, and promotes results

Leadership

This is a broad and complex concept that has been researched and studies by scholars and different practitioners in their respective fields of study. Therefore, in a clear term "leadership" is seen as the process or act of inspiring, uniting, encouraging, leading, influencing, motivating and activating individuals, communities, societies, groups and even nations to meet their proposed goals aims and objectives
In essence, leadership is the act or process of leading

Leader

Having known the definition of leadership from the above paragraph, we move into a leader.
A leader is one or an individual chosen to influence, motivate, lead, guide, inducing and helping individuals, groups, communities or even a nation to translate their set visions and goals into reality.

Difference between a leader and a boss

Many people mistake a leader to be a boss. But if we are looking at it critically, they refer to two different terms entirely without even being seen as synonyms.
A leader possesses authority which is bestowed upon him or her based on appointment whereas a boss possesses power which is gained by himself of which he uses to destroy and inflicts fear on people's mind. He exercises power to accord to his will without thinking about the effects on others or the subordinates.
There are several differences between a boss and a leader in which some are listed below:
1.A leader leads while a boss controls
2.A leader possesses selflessness while a boss does not(he works based on his favour?
3.A leader prioritize his subordinates while a boss does not care
4.A leader works do the good of all while a boss works for his own benefits only
5.A leader smoothens the way for his subordinates while the subordinates pave ways for the boss
6.A leader motivates while a boss does not
7.A leader leader educates and activates his subordinates to do better while a boss feels he has arrived
8.A leader is one who say "we are in this together" while a boss come with the mindset that "you work for me"

This simply portrays the different approach, ways or manners in which a leader exhibit while relating with others. Various styles are briefly listed below:

Having stated above, a leader simply refers to a person that directs, motivates, influences and guides individuals or groups to achieve a set goal. Leaders can be seen in different scenarios of life, such as businesses, education, politics, families, groups, societies, sports and organizations. And the possession of some unique qualities influences and inspires his subordinates to do better and attain their aims and goal.

Well, I have been in the leadership field severally, right from my nursery schools days, the community and through secondary school. So I have been a leader so many times and I must commend without hyping my humble sef that I did incredibly well by influencing, motivating and inspiring my subordinates and activated then to do better during my reign. I as well led by example. But currently, I'm not a leader in any field though I have the experience. So for the purpose of the question, "I'm not a leader"

There are several qualities of a good leader and they Include:

Conclusion

Having seen my content of the contest, you will agree with me that leaders possess numerous qualities and skills which enables them to meander through the hurdles of leading. So by being acquainted with the theories and challenges of leadership, anyone can master the ethics of leadership towards becoming a good leader
