Who is a leader that inspires you?

A leader that inspires me is our music director (MD). He is selfless, generous, visionary, courageous, humble, polite, He does his work with is with all diligence, and above all He's God fearing.

Recently, we organized a music concert and our music director took responsibility of virtually everything. It's not like He is earning much but he has the heart of given. He singlehandedly bought our dressing code (Uniform) for some of our members that couldn't afford it.

His kind of personality is really rare, especially in this era that we are living in now. I have never seen a leader that is as visionary, dedicated and hardworking as my MD. He inspires me everyday with his unique personality.

What made them great leaders are as follows:

• Great leaders are visionary. They often have a clear understanding of what they want to achieve within a given period of time and are able to inspire others to work towards the achievement of that set goals.

• Great leaders are able overcome personally challenges, with the demonstration of patience and strength.

• Great leaders are courageous. They demonstrate bravery and determination when ever they are faced with challenges.

• Great leaders are selfless. They make personal sacrifices that will be of immense benefit to others.

• And lastly, great leaders are good communicators. They have effective communication skills. They are also innovative and critical thinkers. A good leader should be able to think out of the box.

How have they influenced your personal growth?

They have influenced my personal growth in differs ways.

I have learnt selfless, humility, generosity, diligence and dedication to mention but a few from the leader who inspires me. This and many other personality and I am emulating from my leader has really shaped my personal growth and life entirely in ways that I least expected.
