Dealing with people's issues and tourist complaints sounds draining. And yes, star ratings abroad are a whole different ballgame. Hope you're managing well!
It's a job, a different hat, at least I work the nights but the parties are the worst. Same for certain co-workers. A plus is I don't have to work 7 nights per week.
I believe they feel confident doing this because they think no one will see their true behavior away from home.
You can bet on that. Drunks,lies, abusive and nasty behaviour next to wrecking the place.
Human beings are always dissatisfied, I don't see why a tourist wouldn't be. Arriving to an unknown place, with rules that you have never seen and situations that are strange to you because it is a different culture. Of course we will complain about everything.
That's disappointing to know. Where did satisfaction grow?
