saya tahu mungkin saya bukanlah teman yang baik, tidak ada di setiap saat di butuhkan, saya juga sadar saya banyak kekurangan,namun bagi saya jika sudah menjadi teman maka dia ada di setiap doaku,dan di ingatan ku, aku tidak perlu menjelaskan apa pun.
Karena untuk menjadi seorang teman yang baik tidak perlu di ungkapkan dengan kata-kata, setidaknya saya siap menjadi pendengar walaupun itu membosankan tapi aku tetap berusaha yang terbaik.

To me a friend is someone who knows without words and present in time of need. I have strong doubts about those true friendships. Friendships has never been so easy since we all have phone, next the option of texting, e-mail and now even chat and video call. What I notice is that the easier it is to stay in touch the fewer people connect.
The more gags we have to save time the more we lie we are busy, but still spemding hours behind the TV or computer staring at a screen.

I have 'friend' that pretend to not know me and then sent me an invitation to her wedding. Most Chinese wedding try to earn more cash gift that way.

Well, I would ignore such an invitation. With us the couple lives to receive gifts as well (money first) but a wedding isn't cheap. It's easier to not cekebrate and use that amount for whatever you need.
I don't like to visit parties from strangers since that is what those are who don't care about me except when they believe they can receive an amount.
You are free to ignore invitations, to not respond or to say NO thanks I keepna pajama day 😐
There are friends and there are acquaintances, the difference is, the friend is loyal, the acquaintance is NOT, in fact he is only there in those moments when he can benefit.
I don't agree with you. Friends we know better and an acquintance can be someone you only kniw by face and a few 'hi' and short chats.
I once bumped into a lady who asked me how I was doing (not to good). I had no vlue who she was but she gave me a hand back than and listened more than once. I can not call her a friend since after that episode I never met her again and still don't know het name.
To me she is an acquintance, someone I didn't forget, although most likeky 3 decennial did pass.
There are people kind, attentive and helpful still I will never call them a friend.
There are also who call me a friend while I wouldn't say the same about them.
So 'friend' also comes with a certain feeling.

To me it's a feeling. I can simply not call everyone a friend no matter if they are always around. It's the main reason why I don't have many friends.
