Days Growing Brighter?

in Freewriters3 days ago (edited)

days growing brighter... I wish, but it's the opposite. We passed the longest day, the shortest night and which means we are heading to winter, autumn first. Summer is more like a working camp if you live on the country. It's preparing for the winter (and indeed Autumn, rain, rain, rain, good for mud and mist).
The grain grows, not high, it doesn't look like the golden grain in Spain destroyed by some orkane but it's grain, not that i eat it. The farmers are active... at night and on Sundays. It's a bad habit, and they don't care too much if people sleep. Hello! We live here. The wolves and the dog hate it and so do we. Who says living in the countryside is good for the mood and there's so much peace? We can hear the neighbours shout (a few kilometres away) and if you didn't know better, one would think that around here live at least 300 dogs. They don't, unless someone dumps them because they need a holiday and have no babysitter. I read Turkey is more popular. Not as much money is asked and the service is way better than ... Spain or somewhere else most likely a country where you are robbed, stabbed in the metro or someone swings with an axe because he's upset or confused. Indeed, it's always a "he", strange. I know many upset women and even more confused. How come they don't grab a knife? Is this the result of not cooking enough and not knowing what knife to use to cut a piece of meat?
The pelicans... There are no longer 998 or 997. They disappeared after the big killing. No one said how or what, though one should think if there are that many dead, someone should have seen something. Mother Holle, perhaps or one of the men in Black?
The days are not too bright lately. The corpses are still in front of the community centre. It makes me wonder when they will be picked up and life will be back to normal. Whatever that means, I assume a brighter day to some, not to those who grieve or wait for someone, or something like tea on a Sunday with biscuits

I think it’s a matter of attitude, let’s analyze : Two people go for a walk to the same place, upon returning one says I felt happy there, everything was so beautiful, I observed every detail and enjoyed every moment, while the other person says, I will NOT go back to that place, I didn’t have fun at all, if I saw something good it wasn’t much… And both went to the same place.
Life and the world are full of circumstances, it is we with our attitude who give them meaning

Pink pelicans. Pink. Pink. Migrating. Leaving their space. The voracity and the roar. Do pelicans migrate? They need supervision, or can we let them wander the streets? Let them throw grains to them like pigeons. We can use a large goose to guard the gate. Wolves aren't a bad option either. If it's nighttime. If it's an open field with wheat. Oh, autumn! I don't have seasons; I only know a little about spring. I haven't really seen pelicans, and if I count them, there are only 996.
The carcasses can be left exposed to the sun. It would be strange if they weren't found. Do you have a set of knives? The collection will be so gigantic. You can cut cheese or butter. Vacuum-packed cheese?
Women are worthy of admiration. Respect. They always bear the brunt. They are the true pillars of society.

Perhaps it's too quiet in countryside that you can hear every thing

There are no buildings absorbing the noise but for sure we hear more and are not used to noise od cities.

We can also get numb being too used to too much noise in the city. Like some white noise
