So friends, today I accompanied my father's brother to make cakes, so my friends today are not selling at the kiosk. Oh yes friends,...Tomorrow is a busy day for me. It's possible that the next day I won't be playing on my cellphone too much, or looking for material for the next post.
And also a few days ago I was very busy doing activities at home and selling at the kiosk, as I said in yesterday's post, because in a few days we will enter the month of fasting (Ramadan). Yes, of course I was very busy cleaning the house and selling at the kiosk the other day.
OK friends, today I took a day off and didn't do much activity all day, just helped my family and my father's siblings make cakes and spent 24 hours at home to save energy and get enough rest to start the next day.
I'm also confused, friends, I don't know what the name of the cake made by my father's brother and my family is, I don't really know the name of this cake in detail, but the cake that is being made, I think the name of the cake is "Cenil 😂".
Because I woke up late this morning, so I didn't see it during the first stage of making the cindil cake. Seriously guys, I wake up in the morning at 10:00 very late isn't it hehehe. Then I went to the kitchen behind the house to see them making cenil cakes.
While sitting around looking at my father's brothers who were making cakes, I asked them about the ingredients for the cake that was being made. Because I was curious because I didn't have time to see the first stage because I woke up late this morning.
Dad's brother then answered? The ingredients. Tapioca flour and starch, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, green food coloring. So, friends, after stirring until it is solid and thick, then knead it into a small ball shape.
Then just cook it using thick, sweet coconut milk sauce after processing it. That's all I know, sorry maybe it's not too detailed, friends, because I woke up late, so I didn't have time to see the beginning of making the cenil cake.
I'm not the only one who doesn't know about this cenil cake, my beloved father also enjoyed sitting in a chair watching his brother make cenil cake. Hopefully I like the Cenil cake that my father's brother is making, because the smell of this cenil cake when it is cooked is very fragrant and delicious.
Well, friends, I spent quite a lot of time at home all day without activities, because I needed enough rest all day. OK, moving on to the evening story. The night after the rain stopped, I went not far from home to buy dinner.
The smell of the road is very fragrant after heavy rain, the smell of land that has been barren for a long time arises because the weather was very hot all day, I really like smelling this aroma, friends.
Then I stopped at my old friend's place who sells Corndog Mozzarella. This corndog is safe and healthy, friends, excluding sarimanis food. Corndogs are made from various types of bananas. There are corndogs with banana, nuts and mixed with condensed milk and chocolate. There is also cheese.
Well,... after buying some food in the evening, I just went back home. Tonight I want to go to bed early, because I know that I will wake up in the middle of the night. I'm used to it, going to bed early will definitely wake me up in the middle of the night.

Bener nih dek, aroma puasa Ramadan sudah tercium kuat. Mudah-mudahan kita diberi umur panjang tuk beribadah di puasa Ramadan tahun ini.
Ternyata bukan saya saja yang bingung apa nama kue yang dibuat oleh keluarga Ulfa itu😅. Tapi agak mirip sama kolak ulek-ulek, karena saya perhatikan dari cara proses pembuatan serta bahan yang digunakan, sepintas sih mirip dengan kolak ulek-ulek yang bahan utamanya tepung.
Nahhh benar bg, rasanya seperti kolak, Sangat mantapp hehehe
