"Farewell to you My Friends, We 'll see each other again" as the song goes. Always heard on graduation . But before we say farewell , we have this last shot to blow . Our fourth classroom observation.

In the middle of the hectic schedules, forms to be done ,grades to pass, we educators still have to be observed by our school heads . To evaluate our teaching strategies . Since it is one of the required task, we have to comply.

After number of tasks listed and checked as complied then we can rest , we can enjoy for our planned vacation together with our family.
Teaching is a not just a job but a calling . With that calling is a package of so many learnings in life not only to the learners but more on to the teachers as well. With the generation today. We have to open our minds that these learners are far more different than we are . We also have to study them and dig more on the ways they feel and interact.
To do these we have our friends in our workplace that collaborate with us .

If these kids find it difficult to adjust they rely on us. They look up on us both parents and teachers . Behind those playful laughter they are watching us as we are teaching them. Forms and grades are just a tiny part of it. What matters most is the values and morale that they will bring with them as they continue their learning journey. Thank you and have a good day ahead.
