Greetings!!!

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to share a very delicious and easy recipe of Beef Seekh kabab. These kabab are restaurant style and presentable. You can easily make these kababs by following recipe. Beef mince is used to mske it and you can use these with rice , parsthas or you can make sandwiches from it.These kababs can be easily freeze and can be used when you need.

Let's move towards todays recipe

Ingredients:

Ingredients
• Beef boneless cubes ½ kg (with 20% fat)
• Garlic ginger past 1 tbsp
• Onion cubes 1 medium
• Green chillies 2-3
• Fresh coriander) 2 tbs
• Baking soda ½ tsp
•Garam masala powder 1 tsp
• Coriander seeds roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tbs
• Red chilli crushed 1 tbs
• Cumin seeds roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tbs
• Salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste
• Ghee 2 tbs
• Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

Making:

• In a bowl,add beef mince, garlic, ginger, onion, green chillies,mintleaves,fresh coriander,baking soda,garam masala powder,coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,salt,red chilli powder and mix well.

• In a chopper,add beef with spices & chop until well combined. In a bowl,add beef mince mixture,ghee & knead well for 4-5 minutes,cover & refrigerate for 1 hour.
• Dip hands in water & take a mixture (55g) and make kababs of equal sizes on skewer (makes 14-15).

• In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry kababs on medium flame from all sides until done (approx. 6-8 minutes)

• Serve with salad and sauce.

Today I made beef bugers from that kababs . You can see how delicious burger is made from these kababs .

Nutritional Facts:

Here I'm mentioning nutritional facts of only kababs that are mainly made from beef mince with some species. 100 g of beef provides 217 calories, 26 g protein, 11.8g fats. Protein are building blocks of human body and we need it . Beef also provide minerals and vitamins like vitamin B12 and Vitamin B6 important nutrient for blood formation. Zinc , selenium, iron, niacin and phosphorus that help to regulate different body functions. Meat also contains different bioactive compounds and antioxidants like Creatine, Taurine Glutathione Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), Cholesterol these all effects an important role in our body.

In short beef is a healthy choice if it take in adequate amount to get protein and other nutrients with full of taste and having fulling or satisfying hunger nature.

Thank you for sharing this delicous recipe. Reading what you used for that and how hte final desh is looking I am pretty sure I would definitely love it. The mixture of spices might give wonderful taste and the photographs well presented the process of your cooking :)
