In this post you can see some photographs that I took a few evenings while my son and I were building paths with tiles that simulated domino tiles

Information
Domino is a tile game, usually made of wood, and is known throughout the world in different variations that however all have the same logic. The tiles are placed one after the other so that by dropping the first of the constructed path they consequently all start to fall one after the other.
It is difficult to discover where this game comes from, its origins are distant. The most accredited theory is that Domino was introduced, as we know it more or less today, in China during the Song dynasty, around the 12th century. The primitive form of Dominoes of which there is a writing, that is in which it was told, dates back to 1232. A Chinese text from that era was found that talks about a game called “pupai” which seems to be the primitive form of Dominoes.
Dominoes are a logic game that over time has undergone a more playful variant. In fact, dominoes began to be used to create the chain effect, that is, by placing the dominoes one after the other, a chain reaction was created between all the tiles to make them fall one by one

Thoughts
In my opinion, building paths with dominoes is almost as fun as building objects with Lego bricks. In Dominoes, we can also say that you also experience the elementary physics of the chain reaction.

Conclusions
The game of dominoes stimulates the imagination and constructive desire of a boy or a girl. I recommend it as a way to have fun or spend time with your son or daughter.

In questo post potete vedere delle fotografie che ho scattato qualche sera mentre con mio figlio costruivamo percorsi con delle tessere che simulavano le tessere del domino

Informazioni
Il Domino è un gioco a tessere, solitamente di legno, ed è conosciuto in tutto il mondo in diverse varianti che però hanno tutte la stessa logica. Le tessere vengono poste una di seguito all’altra in maniera che facendo cadere la prima del percorso costruito di conseguenza iniziano a cadere tutte una dopo l’altra.
Difficile scoprire da dove arriva questo gioco, le sue origini sono lontane. La teoria più accreditata è che il Domino sia stato presentato, come lo conosciamo più o meno oggi, in Cina durante la dinastia Song, intorno al XII secolo. La forma primitiva del Domino di cui c’è una scrittura, cioè in cui è stato raccontato, risalire al 1232. Si è ritrovato un testo cinese di quell'epoca che parla di un gioco chiamato “pupai” il quale sembra proprio la forma primitiva del domino.
Il Domino è un gioco di logica che nel tempo poi ha subito una variante più giocosa. Infatti si è iniziato ad usare le tessere del domino per creare l’effetto catena, cioè, disponendo le tessere del domino una dietro all’altra si creava una reazione a catena tra tutte le tessere per farle cadere una ad una

Pensieri
Secondo me costruire percorsi con le tessere del domino è quasi divertente come costruire oggetti con i mattoncini Lego. Nel domino inoltre possiamo dire che si sperimenta anche la fisica elementare della reazione a catena.

Conclusioni
Il gioco delle tessere del domino stimolano la fantasia e la voglia costruttiva di un bambino o di una bambina. Io lo consiglio come metodo per far divertirsi o passare del tempo con il proprio figlio o figlia.

Avete mai costruito percorsi con le tessere del Domino? Se Si, preferivate costruire pochi percorsi lunghi, o tanti percorsi corti?
