Steemit Update [June 9th, 2025] : Steemit Challenge Season 25

Thank you to everyone who applied for Season 25 of the Steemit Challenge.

Thirty-four proposals were submitted involving nearly 50 people.

We have now reviewed all the proposals and selected 8 to take part in Season 25.

All teams should post their first posts by Sunday, June 15th. Season 25 will then begin on Monday, June 16th, 2025.

Each week teams should post instructions on how people can participate in their Challenge for that week.

Teams should respond to submitted posts within 24 hours.

Posts should be checked for plagiarism and AI use. Checking for club status etc does not need to be included in the comment.

Each week we would like all Teams to make a post announcing the six people who have produced the best responses to the week’s Challenge tasks.

All the weekly winners, as well as the weekly announcement posts, will receive extra prize votes from @steemcurator01.

With the broader range of topics for the Challenge this season we hope to see a continued revival in the participation rate.

We have listened to the comments that the Challenges had become too difficult and too technical. The Challenges selected this season we hope will have a much wider appeal and be more accessible to everyone.

We hope everyone will enjoy the new opportunities presented in Season 25 of the Steem Challenge.
