Because if we can eat food in the right way, then we will get benefits from it for health. And if we are negligent about food, then we can never get anything good from it. So if we want to stay healthy, we must be aware of what our entire day's food list should be.
In continuation of this, today I am trying to write a wonderful post for you on the topic of what our old-day food list should be. What should breakfast be like?
If we want to be healthy, then the most important thing for us is breakfast. Because breakfast helps us maintain our activity throughout the day. It is very important to store energy in our body throughout the day. If we eat food in the morning, that food will store energy in our body throughout the day and keep the body's energy stable. In that case, what can we eat in the morning?
The morning diet must include fruit-based foods. These can include bananas, pomegranates, apples,. To eliminate vitamin C deficiency, you can eat guava and eat oranges with it.
But the main thing is that you must drink a glass of milk in the morning. Because a glass of milk in the morning will help you maintain your activity throughout the day. So eat calcium-based foods in the morning and eat vitamin C-based foods and eat some fruits along with it. You will see that your body will maintain activity throughout the day and remain strong and you can live a healthy life.

When we have taken a lot of vitamin food in the morning, we have to take some food in the afternoon. We had eaten the morning food to fill our stomach. However, it is important to be a little careful when eating lunch. Because you must take about 20% of the stomach empty for lunch. You can take national food in the lunch menu. Because after eating lunch, we want to join our work again. So we will take national food and it will help our body and interests to be stronger and stronger.
It is very important to have fish and meat in our diet every day at noon. Because the food of all these animals helps in blood circulation in our body and bone formation in the body. So of course we will not eat a full stomach for lunch. That is, we will fill the real percentage of the stomach with food and we will keep the remaining 30 percent empty for food to be processed. This will really help us to have more energy and improve health.
There are many people who smoke cigarettes after eating in the afternoon. This is a very dangerous thing for our health. In that case, we must do something. We will never smoke cigarettes after eating. Cigarettes and alcohol are poisons for our body. So, we must keep ourselves away from poisons like cigarettes and alcohol.
Dinner menu?
We have taken very good quality food in the morning. That is, we have taken vitamin C food. We have also taken milk and fruits and have finished our light breakfast in the morning.
In the afternoon we have taken food and we have now been able to prepare our body for full energy. Now our body is fully strong and we have completed the whole day's activities.
So now you can ask me? What kind of food can we take at night and how much food can we take?
Basically there is no need to take too much food at night. Because we do not do any work at night and if we take extra food at night then fat will accumulate in our stomach and we will become lazy. Our health will become fat and we will have to live with various diseases day after day.
In that case, we should definitely eat very little food at night. When it is night, we can eat dry food.
One of the dry foods is tea and biscuits. Or you can spend the night eating muri. If you can live without eating rice, then it is very good for your health. If you cannot live without eating rice, then you must definitely eat a small amount of rice at night.
That is, eat as much food as you will die at night without eating. Never eat food with a full stomach at night. Eat a maximum of forty percent of your stomach and you must keep the remaining 60% of your stomach empty. Because if you eat food at night and if it is excessive, then your body will have a very suitable place for various diseases to settle.
In that case, we must be conscious about eating food. We should eat a full stomach in the morning, a certain percentage of the stomach at noon and only 40 percent of the food at night. And of course, we should eat vitamins and nutritious food while eating.
It is good to remember one thing;
We will never consume alcohol and tobacco products. Because due to consumption of tobacco products, we are likely to suffer from various serious diseases. Especially tobacco and alcohol can cause harmful diseases like cancer in our body. In that case, we should definitely avoid them. Avoid fast food. Fast food disrupts our digestive process. Ordinary foods help in digestion and fast food causes excess fat in our body and digestive problems. Due to which various stomach problems arise. In that case, we will never consume fast food. We will always consume home-cooked food. We should avoid outside food as much as possible. Because outside food is not always healthy and nutritious. We will use a small amount of oil in cooking as much as possible. Excess oil can increase our high blood pressure and cholesterol levels. In that case, we have various health risks. So of course, we will use very little oil in our dishes. Only then will we be able to enjoy a beautiful life.
