Welcome to week #4 the Act Of Kindness Contest by @steem-cameroon, this contest is out so people could show love to their love once, friend, family etc... in one way or the other weekly.

Like I will always say, If you have ever been on the receiving end of some kindness or good deed, you may recall how it made you feel. You will agree with me that it wasn't unhappiness or misery you felt. That feelings that rise up inside you when you witness kindness or some other act of moral beauty, or when we give or receive kindness lead to a whole body of positive thoughts.

For this Contest, Participants are expected to write or share with others about any random act of kindness they will do throughout this week. It could be:

• Replying or commenting on a post you enjoyed reading on steemit
• Visit a nursing home
• Pay for someone’s coffee
• Help someone with chores
• Buy a homeless person food
• Get to know someone new
• Call someone you love
  and so on...

We are looking forward to seeing various and different act of kindness you can think of even if not mention in the above list. We will also like you to put the following in consideration before coming out with your content.

• Act Selflessly, Not Selfishly
• Always Put Yourself In The Other Person’s Shoes.
• Treat Others The Way You Want To Be Treated
• Celebrate Wins, Even If They Aren’t Your Own
• Reach Out To Those Who Are Struggling
