Awesome! Nice to know.
I do too sometimes. I used dried guyabano leaves and boiled for few minutes, strain and add a bit of honey. Thank you and blessings @leeart
Tea is essential for basic human functions, like standing.
😂
Yes Dad, Tea is your water. You actually drink more tea than water. (Tea every hour 😄).
I just love having chamomile tea at bedtime, have not seen the Echinacea tea, that would be super beneficial especially as we're into winter here in South Africa! Thanks for your post :)
Hello @lizelle. Thank you too. A pleasure to share. Take care and Blessings to you.
P.s. haven't been to South africa, i heard it was a very nice place. And hope it will bit cooler here in UAE, our Summer began, and we are facing a 46 degrees celcius temperature atm. "We can't go out too. Too too hot".
X
Oh my word, that really is hot hot hot! Are your winters also severe? South Africa is a beautifully diverse country indeed, I've never been to the UAE either but have heard about the heat, stay cool!
Hello again @lizelle. Yes, it is really hot. We have to wait for 7pm to go out as the temperature will go down a bit. For our winter, during november to february it will only dip down from 15- 26 degrees celcius. So its not that cold.
Would love to visit South africa one day. They always feature it at the "national geographic channel". Such a beauty indeed!
Thank you again and my Regards to you.
You have lovely winters then, same as here in Durban with averages around 11 - 24C.
Have a great weekend :)
I am not familiar with the brands in your photo but I do love black tea and peppermint tea!
Oh yes, love that too. Especially peppermint tea. Thank you @lymepoet. Take care and Blessings to you and your family. Xx
