Anyone Can
Greetings everyone,
When thinking about "anyone can" as a term. What is the first thing that comes to mind?
Well, I do not think that we can agree on one answer that goes for everybody.. But, it is fair to say that we will think within what is possible. We all have different set of skills, what is easy for us might not be easy for others. But, it is probably how our brain functions. Because, when we think that something is doable and we know how to do it and it seems simple to us. We tend to think that it is also the same for others as well.
With that being said, when I think about the title of this post. I think of writing! I have just came across someone who was saying, in order to be a writer, you need to make a habit of daily writing and reading. At some point, you might inherit the style of someone else along the way. But, that is alright. That is only part of it. Until, you reach to a point where you write on your own style.
The fact still remains there, everyone can write. But, those who put hours to it, will possibly transform writing to an art.
Anyone can sleep, lie down, be kicked, fall over a shoe, feel a heartbeat, moan, sigh, feel sad or happy...
Unfortunately, not everyone can write, by far not. It's also not sad that many hours of writing make you a good writer and post quality. With some, the words simply flow.
Let's ask @almaguer, @gertu, @suryati1 about their opinion and what, according to them, anyone can. Painting?

Since you have tagged me I will write you my thoughts: I like to write, I have been doing it for many years. Since I was a teenager I write what my heart tells me and what I feel deep in my soul. The detail is that not everything I write can be understood by others.
I am not a writer, but a narrator of my facts, my thoughts and feelings. Sometimes I let my imagination fly and abstract ideas fly, and I write them down and only I understand them. They are not for other people to read and understand and yet, on some occasions, those written words have reached the feelings of others; and they have responded to me with an accurate comment.
Why do some understand and why don't others? I don't know, but that's how it happens. I don't know what it takes to be a good writer because I have never sat down and looked somewhere to find out what are the guidelines and rules for writing as a writer. Besides grammar and spelling rules. I mean what some writers say: follow a theme, have a background theme, carry a message and etc.
None of that interests me when the ideas that fill my mind come out and want to come out to be captured in a text. I am only interested in writing them and having them read by some rare character who can capture what I feel and tell me his or her accurate response to my writing.
That, for me, is writing. I stop participating in some places because I am perceptive and I know they are not interested in reading me. SO I WRITE FOR ME AND FOR WHOEVER LIKES WHAT I WRITE.
I'm clearly not a writer, but I love to write.

It sounds to me you are a weiter. A writer writes for himself and isn't the one publushing 5 books per day which seems to be trend. Like many say: If you like to make an income you should write what people like to read.
I write for me, it makes sense to me and I don't see any point in delivering on command what "they" like to read, most likely for free.
I stick to the old rule: for every written text is a reader, for every book a customer. People are not the same and I don't like to write what should sell (which I doubt since most of those stories and books I would never read let alone pay for.)
Stick to what you like. This is your story, you can write, way better than you believe.

Thank you for your final suggestion. I'll stick with what I write, because that's what I know how to do. And I enjoy doing it, even if it doesn't make me a profit.

Yes, definitely yes. At the end of the road we are here to have fun with what we do. So let's keep writing.
It is a skill... Some can write in a way that draws a picture to the reader..
Of course, practice (and daily practice) makes one better. Reading others would help make one realize where he stands.
