As a girl who was born in the village since childhood, cooking skills have been taught by the environment. As a child, we often played with cooking using leaves. Everything is sourced from leaves, from leaf stoves to leaf pans. This traditional game teaches our characters as women to be able to cook.

When we were teenagers, we started helping mom prepare dinner. I don't have time for breakfast and lunch. After graduating from high school, I was able to cook some traditional foods and daily meals. The first time I cooked, the food I was served tasted bland. Over time I became a chef in my family.

My interest in the world of cooking led me to learn many recipes and cakes. I have lots of recipes that I have memorized and which I have recorded in a special recipe book. I mastered some of my favorite recipes. And most of it I have published on Steemit. Among them are as follows:

Serving Suggestions:

  • Clean the baby squid and cut it according to taste, then fry half cooked.
  • Prepare ground spices
    The ground spices consist of shallots, garlic, red chilies, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, and shrimp paste. Just crush it roughly.

  • Then, Pour it into hot oil and sauté.
  • Pour in the half-cooked squid.
  • Then, pour the bay leaves, lemongrass, and lime leaves

  • Sprinkle sugar and salt to taste. And if you like flavoring, you can use that too.

  • Wait until the spices are absorbed

Your recipes look tempting and are always beautifully presented. No doubt. Personally, sambal strongly calls my attention, specially this one with lemongrass. Also, I loved the color.
