Stephanie's VLOG...CPS abuse in real time...backed up by a corrupted Indiana sheriff's department.

in #familyprotection6 years ago (edited)

There is a video log entry out there that has been steadily gaining more and more traffic and comments. It is an amazing thing to behold. The woman who is "the star" of this "show" is named Stephanie, and I have not been able to find out much more about her other than what you can see on this video. Please at least start it up, and take a look at her, and give a listen:

Now, we can't know all the details about what led CPS and the Sheriff's Department to her doorstep, as she is not going to willingly tell us all the negative side of her previous actions. But, we don't need to know all of that to establish a few things:

A. The baby is fine, well-cared for, smart, and obviously has been read to and played with constantly and is learning amazing amounts of stuff. The baby does not shrink from the mother's embraces at all, and is obviously NOT being abused, as we can clearly see on camera (i.e. live facebook,) as can the CPS office while the raid was underway.

B. The police did NOT have a warrant when they arrived, and should not have continuously asked to be let in AFTER being told they could not come in without one. They can also see in, and can see no one is in any kind of threatened position.

C. The "telephonic warrant" they then supposedly drummed up seems to have been "verbaled" by an administrative assistant at "juvenile court," not a full-fledged judge, and telephonic warrants are not supposed to be issued for situations like this one anyway.

D. Despite the woman admitting depression and the use of anti-depressants, she is obviously also very intelligent, knows her rights, and is not "crazy" by any clinical standards. (I know the professional psych world says high-functioning people can be schizo, etc., but there is no sign of that or that she is in any way a danger.)

E. It is obvious some of the sheriff's deputies no that what was happening was wrong from their reactions, including one of them possible crying, and others repeating things they think will keep them out of trouble after their violations hit the courts.

This video could be worth its weight in gold if the right producer ever got a hold of the rights, found the mother, and did the back story and the followup details. Here's what we do know in a nutshell:

The woman had some kind of a request for a "welfare check" (I think they called it) on her child earlier that day, which she refused. She then went home and many hours later, in the wee hours of the morning, the LEOs show up with CPS like a Soviet KGB raid in the night insisting to be let in while the baby and the whole neighborhood was trying to sleep. The woman had been livestreaming over Facebook for many days after being fired from her job with the county (or state) and she apparently had an inkling that she should keep doing so, and it may have saved her life. Her fiancee was either the biggest wimp on the planet, or his actions were designed to de-escalate. (There may have been a mild altercation between the two over her livestreaming.)

Despite the fact she did all the right things from a legal standpoint, even her parents and her boyfriend were apparently willing to put the baby in jeopardy by insisting she let the government officials into the home. Many of the people responding to her livestream also told her that via facebook messenger (or her "wall", or whatever.) To those people, let me remind you that:

  1. Telephonic warrants are not valid in situations where there is time to get a written one and there is clearly no immediate threat to life.

  2. By doing what Stephanie did, she has a complete and absolutely detailed record of what happened, and was in little danger of violence, as would not have been the case had she not made it known she was filming.

  3. She gave her legal team everything they needed to get her child back to her in 11 days, which, inside the CPS seizure milieu is ludicrous warp speed.

Everyone who cares for children, especially in known high-CPS/DHHS-crime areas, needs to watch this video and then be prepared to follow her example in the event some disgruntled neighbor or colleague decides to sic these little government tyrants on them. This is a perfect example of how to stay calm, to pull out the fact that many LEOs know, innately that this type of action is wrong, and to get all the evidence that will be needed later on.

It is NOT a full-proof guarantor that violence will not still happen, though. Check out this short video where police--clearly without a warrant, and after being told to leave until they could procure one--ignored those orders, broke down a door and tazed an innocent couple in their own home anyway, after they'd had a loud argument that was reported by a nearby Nazi sympathizer. Here's that link:

https://jonathanturley.org/2013/05/16/couple-refuses-to-allow-police-to-enter-home-without-warrant-police-kick-down-door-and-taser-couple/#comments

We must be vigilant against two things based on these videos, both related to what I call "mission creep..." 1) The overuse and ratcheting up of the use of tasers, 2) the abuse of "telephonic warrants." Both of these are fairly new tools employed by the authorities, and both, of course provide more power to CPS and their enforcers and weaken the Constitutional resistance abilities of those falsely accused.

Let me quote an excerpt from that second link here:

"Here the couple both respond to the police and demand a warrant as a precondition for entry. There is no allegation of a report of actual violence as opposed to yelling. The police are clearly suggesting that the suspicious conduct led them to be concerned for the safety of the couple, particularly the woman. The police demand to know why the couple will not come out, though citizens are allowed to remain in their homes absent a lawful demand to exit the home. The woman is tased first and then the man. I fail to see the reasonable basis for the taser. They are clearly not obeying commands but they do not appear to be threatening the officers. As we have discussed before, tasers appear to be used increasingly in response to citizens who simply do not follow the orders of police."

This is a bit funny, as the writer is suggesting that the police have an "alibi" because, despite the woman clearly yelling at them ALSO to leave (in a tone that suggests she is NOT being coached to do so) they TASER HER FIRST just because she won't lie down on her OWN FLOOR after having her OWN DOOR busted down by these police.

Make no mistake folks, these incidents are a clear indicator that the police state is marching on, and becoming an almost irresistible force. Parents' rights organizations need to share these videos (especially the first one) and lawyers that work with them need to bone up on these types of police tactics and how to sue them out of existence. The "good guys and gals" in the legal community also need to do whatever is necessary to tighten up the use of the "telephonic warrants" (with proposed legislation, even, if/when/where necessary) which are becoming a more frequent tool for forcing parents and caregivers into doing things they ought no have to do under mere color of law.

I would also like to suggest (though I know it won't happen) that these videos be used to help to train police and other LEOs and "social workers" how NOT to do things when it comes to interactions with parents and caregivers.

If anyone can find out more about Stephanie and how she and Jayden (Sp?) are doing, I would really appreciate you sharing that info in the comments below.

Thanks all!

This was quite disturbing, it also is from October 24th, 2016.. and there are no videos after this... hope this family is safe and back together?

Right, Kimmy. I looked for updates, and skimmed down through the 1600+ comments and couldn't even get Stephanie's last name to do more research. I am just hoping that where it said she got her kid back 11 days later, that everything has been alright since. Thanks for stopping by..
