DOUBLE JEOPARDY...the norm for federal prosecutors...IF YOU ARE A PATRIOT. Cliven Bundy facing more fedterror.

The "Double jeopardy" Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides: "[N]or shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb..." Yet, that important aspect of individual liberties doesn't seem to bother the D.C. thought police who think they are above the supreme law of the land.

Cliven Bundy, the rancher at the heart of the famous Nevada ranching standoff (purportedly over unpaid grazing fees--which didn't even exist when the Bundys began grazing their cattle) and the Malheur Bird Refuge occupation in Oregon is back in hot water even after all charges against him were dismissed. This was due in part, of course, to the outrageous treatment of his family and friends, which included the spiteful shooting death by fedterrorists of Lavoy Finicum.

Now the fedgov is back at it again. The supposedly "conservative" Department of Justice under "conservative" Republican, Jeff Sessions, is coming after Bundy some more.

'Larry Klayman, legal counsel for Cliven Bundy, issued a statement on behalf of Bundy vowing to fight the DOJ’s attempt to retry his client for his role in the 2014 standoff. Klayman is the founder of Judicial Watch and is a former prosecutor.

'My client and friend Cliven Bundy is confident that the Ninth Circuit will affirm Judge Navarro’s dismissal,' Larry Klayman, legal counsel for Bundy, said in a press statement Thursday. The government’s case was 'based on prosecutorial misconduct,' he noted.

'That the prosecutors who committed and furthered this gross prosecutorial misconduct would now seek to file a notice of appeal underscores that my once proud alma mater, the U.S. Department of Justice, has become the Department of Injustice,' he added."

It is thoroughly unconscionable that American patriots would stand by and let this happen AGAIN. It sure seems like the fedgov has a much bigger interest in prosecuting productive, hard-working American ranchers than it does in wealthy slime ball pedophiles walking among them in the cesspool of The District of Corruption.

Our founding fathers must be rolling in their graves. First of all, the federal government has no business owning massive tracts of land anyway--land over which they now claim the right to collect "grazing fees." Constitutionally, they only have the right to own ports, post roads, post offices and military posts, and that's about it. So, the federal government's case against the Bundys was blatantly bogus from the very beginning. Now, after killing a sympathizer, jailing and violently mistreating Cliven's sons and family friends, and dragging neighbors back to jail under double jeopardy for their "crime" of controlled burning (which has been standard ECOLOGICALLY FRIENDLY practice for decades), they are back for more treasonous abuse of honest Americans??

Tick tock. Time is running short. Lady Liberty's blindfold has slipped and she is choking to death.
