Let's talk about a house /Hablemos sobre una casa
I live in an apartment I bought about two years ago. It's in a gated community, which means there's a constant security guard we pay. I like it because there are rules, a person in charge of the monthly meetings, which, by the way, I never attend, haha, but they help ensure we all live in peace.
Vivo en un departamento que compré hace unos dos años. Está en una urbanización cerrada, lo que significa que hay un guardia de seguridad constante al que pagamos. Me gusta porque hay reglas, una persona encargada de las reuniones mensuales a las que, por cierto, NUNCA voy jajaja, pero sirven para que todos vivamos en paz.
I like to have my apartment organized, I have my office located on the upper floor, I don't go to the lower floor much, that's where the kitchen is 😉

My apartment is kept clean, well I live alone, however an older lady comes every month to help me, she works well and I like to help her financially, I try to keep the apartment organized, the truth is I look at her and I feel sad to see her so old working.
Mi apartamento se mantiene limpio. Bueno, vivo solo, pero una señora mayor viene todos los meses a ayudarme. Trabaja bien y me gusta ayudarla económicamente. Intento mantener el apartamento organizado. La verdad es que la miro y me da pena verla tan mayor trabajando.

Yes, this guy has a monster on the first floor. It reminds me a lot of the animated comedy movie, Monster House, it had a life of its own. There the kitchen throws him out because he only uses it to make his famous cup of milk and coffee.
