Burnout, burn-out at work, and how to fight it
Millennia, the generation between 1981 and 1996, are also increasingly referred to as the generation of the lute. According to a 2009 study, meditation has the ability to increase gray matter in the brain. Regular practice helps us concentrate more easily on tasks and solve them with greater ease.
With daily meditation we get the habit of turning off when necessary. This will allow us to leave office work and rest more efficiently. When we get these habits, and with them some change, we'll easily recognize that it's time for a little vacation.
Exercises
When we train, our body pumps the blood faster and is self-purifying from the toxins in it. Sport makes us feel instantly better physically and mentally.
Some colleague will find it much harder to get angry if we ran the morning before work, for example, because levels of stress hormone cortisol are reduced. Thanks to regular exercise, the sense of anxiety also decreases, which often leads us to a lute. It is important that the sport becomes a routine in order not to succumb to the negative emotions, writes Fast Company.
Positivism
If we look at life on the black side, nothing good can be expected to happen to us. The idea of preventing and dealing with burnout is to record daily what we are grateful for and what we have achieved. Everything with a positive sign that we see in black and white makes us take a closer look at life.
As far as work is concerned, at the end of the week we can spend half an hour describing the past days of work objectively but not negatively. We focus on progress and goals, and we only highlight the difficulties if we have overcome them. This will help us understand and change what we need to change to be more successful.
