The Diary Game: Feeling Healthy with Fruit Shakes

Today is Wednesday, April 23. Summer is real in our place. I don't know the exact degree but it's like sun is biting my skin everytime I go out from 10 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon. Yesterday, my husband bought an ice crusher blender because we want to make our own shakes rather than buying outside.

My husband is really a fruit lover and he wants fruit everyday while I don't have any problem of what food I should eat. I eat what is available and stop eating when I am satisfied, though not so full. After giving birth of my two daughters, I have observed that my weight gains fast and my body become larger. Now, I become less eater of anything. I don't deprive myself eating, only discipline to eat well.

On our way to mother's house, we stop by in a fruit stall. We choose what to fruit are we going to shake. My husband's eyes are blinking everytime he sees abundant fruits but I reminded him to buy enough for us because we are on a limit budget.

When we arrived at mother's house, my husband was busy preparing things for the fruit shake. I just wait if he needs assistance. I also took some photos while he is doing the drinks.

He bought bananas and apples. I don't know the quantity of the fruits but the capacity of the blender is 1 liter. He put ice first, then the cut bananas and apples. He then added condensed milk and water. This was the first time that our new blender serves us cold drinks.

Not later than 10 minutes, our fresh fruit is served. Perfect for the hot weather today. It is very cold, not so sweet, but enough to give us a satisfying taste. I am longing for another cup but 1 liter is enough for the whole members.

I am just happy with these new blender. I hope it can serve us long and healthy. This has been my diary game today, I am inviting @sualeha @dexsyluz to write your diary, too.
