How successful and happy you are depends on yourself and in order to become a truly happy person you need to improve yourself and develop personal skills.

1. Communication.

Make contacts and work on your environment. The key to success is the numerous contacts. Meet people and take from them only good, keep in touch with them, learn to be polite and sociable. Also, do not exploit people solely for their own purposes. Such selfishness will not lead to success, and if it does, only to temporary.

2. Know your value.

You should not be too modest and afraid to declare yourself as a person. You can gather your thoughts for a long time and tune in to success without doing anything. Determine your positive qualities and advantages, these are your trumps. Now that you know what you're capable of, go ahead. But do not impose on people, otherwise you will fail, not success.

3. Do only what you like.

Much faster success, and therefore happiness, comes to those who are trying to meet their needs first, and not meet the expectations of other people. In order to gain a sense of happiness, give up the stereotypes that society has imposed on you, listen to the inner voice. Do only what will make you happy, not what other people expect you to do.
