Hyperbaria and normobaria
Hyperbaric chambers have been functioning for many years in many medicinal plants in Poland and in the world. These are usually portable chambers in which one person is in a lying position. There are also permanent chambers, where several or even a dozen people enter. Oxygen hyperbarism consists in being in the chamber under conditions of elevated atmospheric pressure in the range of 2500 to 3500 hPa in combination with pure oxygen breathing.
The "conversion oxygen concentration" is then from 47 to 78%, while breathing pure oxygen from 250 to 350%. However, knowing the experience of anaesthesiologists, we know that if we exceed 40% of the partial pressure for a longer period, we run the risk of chemical pneumonia. The therapeutic effect of hyperbaric chambers arises as a result of reaching an increased amount of oxygen to the cells of the patient's body by increasing the amount of oxygen particles in the same plasma inertia - ordinary pressure gas compaction.
Being in the above-mentioned pressure ranges without changing the breathing ratio for a long time or permanently, quickly leads to chemical pneumonia and death. The matter would take a few to several days if we did not reduce the "conversion" oxygen concentration below 40%. The rate of this danger is proportional to the degree of physiological oxygen concentration exceeded, this concentration is 40%.
What is a normobaric flat?
A normobaric flat is a pressure chamber consisting of several rooms so equipped that you can stay there permanently, even around the clock. The flat is equipped with a lock, creating an intermediate state between the pressure inside the flat - 1500 hPa and outside - 1000 hPa. This allows you to freely go out and enter normobaria at any time of the day. I have lived in such a house successfully since the beginning of 2014.
Inside the building there is a constant pressure of about 1500 hPa, combined with an increased content of carbon dioxide in the air. I call this normobarią with normocapnia. The content of carbon dioxide in the air in a normobaric room is from 0.7 to 1.3% (in the atmosphere outside the room there is a hypocrite because only 0.03% of carbon dioxide).
Increased content of carbon dioxide in the blood allows better absorption of oxygen by the cells of the human body because it facilitates the disconnection of oxygen from hemoglobin in the capillaries where it is most needed.
In addition, in a normobaric building the atmosphere is enriched with molecular hydrogen, which is 10,000 to 20,000 times more than it is outside - that is about 1%. Hydrogen slows cell division, extending their life. In addition, it is an extremely effective antioxidant, that is, it combats free radicals directly contributing to the aging of all body cells.
Scientific research shows that the treatment with elevated barium pressure causes, among others, the following positive results:
It reduces inflammation by oxygenating all cells
It accelerates the development of new blood vessels
It stimulates the regeneration of epithelia
It has a stimulating effect on skin cells - fibroblasts. In this way, it stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, which provide skin elasticity
It slows down the aging of the body
It significantly reduces swelling of damaged tissues
It increases the activity of osteoblasts and osteoclasts - cells responsible for bone health
It improves the supply of nutrients even to distant and hypoxic cells of the body
Increases the physical and mental capacity of the body and the ability to remember
It definitely improves the oxygenation of all body cells
