In 2025, the Gampong Blang government will again hold a meeting with residents to discuss a very important matter concerning common interests, namely the distribution of rice field cultivation quotas for the community. This activity is a routine agenda carried out with a spirit of deliberation and transparency in order to meet the requirements to be able to obtain benefits from the management of agricultural land owned by the Gampong.

The meeting held in the village hall of Gampong was attended by village officials, community leaders and residents who have a direct interest in land cultivation. In an orderly and familial atmosphere, Gampong officials explained the mechanism for dividing the land quota, the criteria for recipients and the amount of land available to be managed this year.

The Village Government also emphasized that the distribution process was carried out fairly and took into account the balance and social justice among residents. Residents who had received a share in previous years will be given the opportunity to other residents who have never managed it, so that the benefits can be evenly distributed. For this year, some residents have been designated as recipients of cultivation quotas and it is hoped that residents can utilize the land optimally to improve family food security and economic welfare.

For residents who have not received their quota this year, the Gampong government asked for patience. It was emphasized that there will still be a turn in the next period. The spirit of mutual cooperation and mutual understanding are the main things that continue to be maintained in this process. The Gampong government is committed to ensuring that all residents ultimately get the same opportunity with a fair and equitable rotation system.

This meeting was not only a place to distribute land but also a forum to strengthen the relationship between the Gampong government and local residents. Voices, aspirations and input from the community were heard directly by the village apparatus and all parties agreed to maintain order and support each other.

In addition to increasing agricultural production, this program is also expected to encourage the growth of collective awareness to maintain and manage Gampong resources sustainably.
