Minichef's pancake recipe

Hi guys!

It's been a long time i give update about minichef, so she has been on my neck to do video while she cook.

Minichef fried pancake and she was so happy, some months ago i introduced my baby to cooking and she love it so much when i give her some aspects of work to perform in the kitchen while I'm cooking.

At first i thought it was too early for her, i feel she will hurt herself or it will be too much stress work for her but she keeps crying if i don't allow her to work with me in the kitchen so i decided to be engaging her on some duties.

She likes tasting any food i cook, but let's see how she prepared her pancakes.

Ingredients

Flour
Egg
Sugar
Milk
Onion
Pepper
Vegetable oil

In the video below 👇 she identified all the ingredients and she mixed all the dry ingredients together then finally added the moist ingredients and whisk evenly till everything was mixed together.

After adding the egg, i helped her do the whisking till it was smooth, she insisted she want to do it too. She enjoyed whisking the batter, it gives her joy to see what she finally achieves.

Next step

After mixing, the next step is to fry, so i added oil to my fry pan and started to fry it till golden brown, in few minutes i should as done.

We enjoyed the breakfast together, she was exited too that she helps me fry pancake.

Observation

I noticed that whatever we the parents like doing, our children do take note and learn from us. Then as they are great explorers, they like exploring different things to see how it works out and when we refused them they will either do it in our absent or spoil something on the process.

So I'm used to staying in the kitchen with my baby right from when she was 3 months while I am cooking. she'll be in her sitter and I'll be cooking because I didn't have a nanny to take care of her. I did everything by myself.

So at 2 years she developed her liking for cooking, she is always willing to help me in any area she can do so, if she can't do anything then she will willingly offer to taste my food for me.

So parents let's engage this young ones while being cautious of causing disaster in the kitchen.
