History and Management

Royalline Technologies was built in the year [2023] after the demolition of their former place due to the construction of a four-lane road. This place is their permanent residence and is currently managed by a prestigious and renowned business tycoon — Ijeoma Chioma. Her being business-minded accorded her the opportunity to expand and grow this phone company to its height in Uyo.

It has been in existence since 2006 to show how historical the company's name is. When I was in my early 10s, I used to hear their advertisement on the radio. This is to show that I've known Royalline, a longstanding phone store, for 12 years. Unlike other phone stores that couldn't last due to poor management, Royalline has shown that it has stood the test of time. This is their greatest feat, still being in the phones and accessories retail industry.

The manager treats everyone with respect as deserved and also ensures she pays her workers their salary in time. I have a friend who's a Steemian there. He's the person that gave me this intel and also described how jovial and simple the woman is when it comes to work. She's very approachable. She was the one I met the day I took pictures of this phone store.

Interior

Their interior is quite spacious compared to other phone stores I've visited. I think they have the space in Plaza. All other phone stores are sizeable but can't accommodate a crowd of 30. Royalline Technologies Ltd can accept a crowd of 30 plus, as its interior is spacious and accommodating. This crowd can enter and get attended to comfortably and faster.

There are air conditioners mounted around the four walls of this building. The essence of these air-conditioning systems is to normalise rising temperature in the store and also make it moderate for phones kept on display and in the warehouse..... There are a couple of pillars mounted 3 feet in distance from the other. Workers place their show tables in each of these pillars, allowing for space between customers and sellers.

Banners are placed on the walls of each show table to signify the phone brand for easy identification by customers. Let's assume you're a customer and you're looking for Infinix or Tecno phones; you don't need to start searching for which stand to make your purchase. They are visible and bold enough to be seen. The camera quality is way too demure and sharp.

Their phones barely stay up to 3 months without new purchases, and they buy from a standard Chinese manufacturing company. Supporting Facilities

The supporting facilities as a phone store are just the offices for the management. These offices are not accessible to anyone other than their staff, and I wasn't allowed to snap. **Other places include the repair stand for configuration of phones, phone repairs and other faults relating to phones.

They have a shelf for storage of accessories while phones on display are sampled on the display table. These display phones aren't to be bought. If a customer wants to make purchases, he or she would go to the accountant's desk. After purchase, the phone would be brought from the warehouse and issued to the person. They usually contain purchased phones in their customised bags. Just imagine the quality of service.

I, the reviewer, have made a couple of purchases from this phone store, and the phone I'm using to make this post and insert pictures was purchased from Royalline Technologies Ltd. . Some may say that quality is expensive. This is true, but in most cases, getting quality at an affordable rate can only be from the manufacturing store.
