A Call for More Venezuelan Participants to Participate or Support the Voice of Steemit Singing Competition — Edition 1

It's with great pleasure that I'm writing this post to the Venezuelans. Firstly, I want to acknowledge some personalities in this community. @inspiracion @wilmer1988 @lirvic @cruzamilcar63 @miyexi @vishwara @anasuleidy @vivigibelis

I'm writing to appeal to the admins and moderator in this precious community and to all Venezuelans on this platform for support. Support in what sense? You may feel it's financial but it's not just that. Three weeks ago after thoughtful planning and consideration, I decided to step up my mini contest to a bigger level and I know what's entailed in this before starting it up. I'm hosting a Singing competition for the first time and this singing competition isn't a one week competition. It has stages. This is how it works....

My appeal

You can make reference to the post above for more information. I'm appealing to all Venezuelans not just the admins to participate in this singing competition. I came to a realisation that Venezuela is top ten when it comes to emotional songs. Every lyric of the song in your country gives me goosebumps and has impactful and thoughtful meaning. Some may be shy of singing but you can always try the impossible*. I sang a Spanish song, a Venezuelan song. I don't have the voice but I tried making the emotions visible.

My appeal for contestants

The main aim I'm appealing for contestants is that everyone gets to learn from citizens of different countries and that unity is there. You also stand a chance of being taught how to sing in public and improve your voice.

Note: The competition isn't for professional singers alone but also for those who have little or no idea about singing but would love to learn. As much as you mouth can produce sounds, I'm not after how beautiful the sounds produced are even though it would be part of the criteria. I'm mostly after how well one can express emotions in a song and how well one produce the tone of a song.

No one would laugh at you if you can't sing. Give yourself a try before and after the challenge and see if you won't be better. You can do it and nothing can stop you. I have one contestant from this country already in person of @lunasilver, an advanced woman in age but with a talented, emotional way of singing.

My appeal for Judges

I'm still on the lookout for judges to select from different countries on this platform. You can be a judge in the singing competition if you want. Just drop a comment in the comment section and I'll put you on the list of my judges.

Judges would be taken care of on a weekly basis. It could be in Steems or other Cryptocurrency

I appeal that 3-5 members here be judges. I'll call out to the admins I mentioned earlier and a few others in persons of..... to be judges representing their country Venezuela as we have just one Venezuelan who has opted to sing in this competition. Her name is @lunasilver and is contestant number 2. It would make no sense if she's the only Venezuelan on this ride, no one to encourage her.

She needs your presence and emotional support to push through in this competition as the only contestant from Venezuela for now. I won't rest until I have 3-5 contestants from Venezuela in 7 days. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

My appeal for Sponsors

I know it may be tight on many people as they are struggling to build their steem power that's why I'm not going to request that anyone support the competition with liquid steems but if there's anyone that can do this, I'll be so glad as the host. The liquid steems can be of any amount even if it's 2 or 5 steems. You can also sponsor the competition with Steem delegation of any amount for a period of 1 month then you can remove your delegation.
