A story of a day in my working life in Malaysia.

Hello friends I am @baizid123 I am a Bangladeshi and currently living in Malaysia Here I work in AC Every day I have to do different types of work new AC installation pipe installation repair welding etc Today I will share with you the experience of a day with my colleagues after lunch After finishing lunch we all took a little rest then the most important work of the day began Yesterday some AC pipes got shorted which if not fixed would have caused problems in the entire system so we decided to finish the work quickly so that there would be no more problems and the system could work normally.

First we gathered all the necessary tools, gas torch hammer tape safety gear and other necessary things All the colleagues shared the work together Some were cleaning the pipes some were fixing the tools and I was making sure that all the materials were at hand so that there were no problems during the work My colleague started the welding work I stood by and helped by holding the pipe properly checking if the gas was right in the torch and ensuring safety on all sides During welding the metal parts soften in the hot fire and are joined properly This work requires a lot of attention and experience because even a slight mistake can damage the pipe.

The colleague heated each part of the pipe very skillfully gradually spreading the heat and making sure that the joints were firmly attached I was careful the whole time so that the heat was distributed evenly and there were no gaps It is not easy to work in the heat but we worked hard After the welding was finished we let the pipe cool down When it cooled down we checked the connections well When it cooled down we checked if there were any gaps or leaks Fortunately the welding was perfect the first time which saved us time and the work was completed beautifully.

This kind of work requires not only manual dexterity but also patience and teamwork Working with each other makes any difficult task easier Expatriate life in Malaysia is not easy but on such days I think we can all solve any problem together This experience of welding AC pipes has become another memorable moment for me The satisfaction and feeling of success at the end of the work is the greatest joy of expatriate life There is hardship here but there is also pride in achievement.
